LearnWorlds Pricing 2026: Starter to Corporate, Verified

Vorec Team · 2026-10-15 · About 7 min read

LearnWorlds' Starter plan is $29 a month, and it comes with a fee you only notice once you start selling: $5 per paid enrollment. The other published plans have no enrollment fees. Past a handful of sales a month, Starter stops being the cheap option.

We read LearnWorlds' pricing page in a browser on 15 October 2026, in both billing states, twice each. Every LearnWorlds price, limit and fee below comes from that capture; Vorec's own prices come from our live plan catalogue. Where we calculated something, we show the arithmetic and say it is ours.

Verified 15 October 2026 from the rendered LearnWorlds pricing page. Prices are shown with a dollar sign; the page we captured doesn't label the currency, and we read it without a US billing address. LearnWorlds' FAQ says all prices exclude VAT, so confirm the total at checkout.

LearnWorlds pricing cards for Starter, Pro Trainer, Learning Center and Corporate on monthly billing

What annual billing works out to

The two savings the page states match the monthly difference: ($99 − $79) × 12 = $240 and ($299 − $249) × 12 = $600. The "Save 20%" label is a round number, though. These figures are our arithmetic, not prices LearnWorlds displays:

Plan12 × annual monthly figureSaving vs 12 monthly paymentsSaving as %
Starter$288$6017.2%
Pro Trainer$948$24020.2%
Learning Center$2,988$60016.7%

Pro Trainer is closest to 20%. The 12 × figure assumes annual billing equals twelve times the displayed monthly equivalent; we did not reach checkout, so invoiced totals are unverified.

Included on every plan, per the comparison table: LearnWorlds AI (course builder, assessments, emails and images), unlimited video hosting, a built-in community and social network, selling on your own domain, and coupons, discounts and order bumps.

Starter is "for launching your first paid course". Its card lists building and hosting courses on your own domain, the AI course builder and quizzes, selling with your own Stripe or PayPal, live 1:1 and group sessions, and 24/5 email support.

Pro Trainer adds no fees on enrollments, subscriptions, memberships and payment plans, unlimited courses and learning paths, course certificates and up to 20 SCORM uploads, and 50+ built-in integrations.

Learning Center adds full white-label ("your brand, no LearnWorlds logos"), training for up to 10 client groups, automations with triggers, conditions and delays, scheduled course reports, and two hours of setup help with a specialist.

Corporate adds 99.95% uptime on premium servers, daily backups with optional service-level and data processing agreements, higher limits on learning activities such as auto-transcription and video or audio responses, flexible invoicing, and a dedicated success manager with 24/7 phone support.

Add-ons listed on the page include a branded mobile app ("multiple price options"), extra emails, extra AI credits and migration on request. The page doesn't show prices for them.

Two limits are easy to misread. "Monthly active learners" is not total registered students: it caps how many learners are active in a month, and the page we captured doesn't say how an active learner is counted or what happens above the cap. And Pro Trainer and Learning Center share the same 2,000-learner cap. Moving up buys admins, white-label and automation, not more learners.

Free trial, cancellation and VAT

LearnWorlds' sign-up page says: "30-day free trial. No credit card required." We did not fill in or submit the form. The pricing page doesn't show a permanent free plan.

Its FAQ says:

We didn't find refund terms on the pricing page.

When Starter stops being the cheapest plan

This is our arithmetic, using the subscription and the enrollment fee only; gateway fees apply on every plan and are left out.

On monthly billing, Pro Trainer costs $70 more than Starter. At $5 per paid enrollment, Starter's fees reach $70 at 14 paid enrollments a month. On annual billing the gap is $55 a month ($79 − $24), so the break-even is 11 paid enrollments a month.

5$54$99
14$99$99
30$179$99
100$529$99

Starter's own card points the same way: it says to move to Pro Trainer "when you pass 1,000 learners or want to drop enrollment fees."

Where the lesson videos come from

LearnWorlds hosts the video and sells the course. The lessons still have to be recorded, and for software and tool training that usually means screen recordings with a voiceover. Recording silently and narrating afterwards, or re-recording whenever the voiceover goes wrong, is usually where the production time goes. Our guide on turning recordings into eLearning video content covers the workflow.

Vorec records your screen. It has its own macOS recorder, and an AI agent can drive it for you through the Claude Code plugin, capturing locally for you to review before anything is uploaded. It then drafts narration matched to the workflow it captured and generates the voiceover, so nothing is spoken into a microphone. In the editor you can add smooth cursor motion, cursor-follow zoom and click-based auto-zoom, and freeze-sync can hold a frame to give an explanation time to finish. The same capture can also produce a written step-by-step guide, with annotatable screenshots, and narration regenerates in supported languages on eligible plans, without re-recording. You can upload an existing recording instead if you already have one. You then export the video and add it as a lesson in your course.

Vorec's prices, read from our live plan catalogue on 15 October 2026, are $9, $24 and $59 a month, or $86, $230 and $566 a year. There is a 7-day trial with 100 credits and no credit card required. The trial includes up to 3 projects, and exports carry a watermark. Details are on Vorec pricing.
