iSpring Suite Pricing 2026: Suite, Suite AI, Cloud AI
Vorec Team · 2026-10-06 · About 8 min read
iSpring Suite costs $970 per author per year on its Business pricing, and the AI bundle, iSpring Suite AI, costs $1,290. The browser-based iSpring Cloud AI is $720. Individuals buying for themselves see lower figures: $720, $970 and $540. Every plan on the page is an annual subscription.
That's the short answer. The rest of this page covers what each tier adds, the team offer that's running now, what the trial lets you do, and what a team of authors actually pays in a year.
Verified 6 October 2026 from iSpring's rendered pricing page in a desktop browser with USD selected. We read the Individual view twice after it settled, and also checked iSpring's sales FAQ and trial page. The page offered a USD option but no country selector, so these are iSpring's displayed USD list prices, not a US checkout total with tax. We did not start a trial or open a checkout. Plans change; check before you buy.
The Short Version
| Plan | Business (per author/year) | Individual (single user/year) |
|---|---|---|
| iSpring Suite | $970 | $720 |
| iSpring Suite AI | $1,290 | $970 |
| iSpring Cloud AI | $720 | $540 |
The sales FAQ says plainly that iSpring sells subscriptions that "require annual payments". We found no monthly plan on the pages we checked, and these aren't perpetual licences.
If you've seen older articles mention Suite Max or iSpring Space, those names aren't on the current pricing table. The table we saw lists Suite, Suite AI and Cloud AI, so prices quoted under other names in older articles shouldn't be assumed to apply.

What Each Tier Includes
iSpring Suite ($970 Business, $720 Individual)
The desktop authoring tool. The pricing card lists:
- PowerPoint-based course creation
- Mobile-ready HTML5 courses
- SCORM/xAPI courses for any LMS
- 14 types of quizzes
- Interactive role-plays and branching scenarios
- Video lectures and screencasts
- Interactions and flipbooks
- 24/7 technical support by phone, email or chat
If your team builds slide-based courses in PowerPoint and needs to publish them to an LMS, this is the base tier.
iSpring Suite AI ($1,290 Business, $970 Individual)
Everything in Suite, plus the card's AI and cloud blocks:
- AI Course Creator, which the card says "generates slide-based courses with quizzes" and "can use your own materials"
- Built-in AI: assistant, image generation, translation and text-to-speech
- iSpring Cloud AI included: online course builder, 20 GB storage and real-time collaboration
- A content library the card lists as 134,400+ icons, templates, characters and backgrounds
The card summarises it as "Includes iSpring Suite, iSpring Cloud AI. Team-ready."
iSpring Cloud AI ($720 Business, $540 Individual)
Browser-based authoring for scrollable courses, with quizzes, interactions and SCORM/xAPI export. Its AI list covers course creation, outlines, content, question and image generation, writing enhancement, text-to-speech and translation. Collaboration happens in a shared document.
What the price gap buys
| Step up | Business | Individual |
|---|---|---|
| Suite → Suite AI | +$320 per author/year | +$250/year |
| Cloud AI → Suite AI | +$570 per author/year | +$430/year |
Our arithmetic from the listed prices. The Suite AI step is what you pay for the AI features plus Cloud AI. If you'd buy Suite and Cloud AI separately anyway, Suite AI costs less than the two together: $1,290 against $970 + $720 = $1,690 on Business.
The Team Offer Running Now
The Business view shows a Suite AI team offer: $890 per author per year for 3 or more authors, against $1,290 for a single author. The page says it runs through October 23 and applies to new licences only.
The headline "Save $1,200" is the saving for three authors. That's $400 each, not $1,200 per author:
- 3 authors at $1,290 = $3,870
- 3 authors at $890 = $2,670
- Difference = $1,200
We wouldn't assume $890 is what you'll pay at renewal. The page labels it a time-limited offer on new licences, and it doesn't state a renewal price.
Separately, the sales FAQ says volume discounts on iSpring Suite start at a 3-seat purchase. It also says they can't be combined with educational, government or nonprofit discounts. Larger orders go through sales.
What It Costs in Practice
Annual totals at list price, Business view. These multiply the per-author price we saw, so they're our arithmetic, not quotes from iSpring's checkout:
| Authors | Suite | Suite AI (list) | Suite AI (3+ offer, to Oct 23) | Cloud AI |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | $970 | $1,290 | not eligible | $720 |
| 3 | $2,910 | $3,870 | $2,670 | $2,160 |
| 5 | $4,850 | $6,450 | $4,450 | $3,600 |
| 10 | $9,700 | $12,900 | $8,900 | $7,200 |
Two points about this table:
- Only authors need licences in this table. iSpring prices "per author". We didn't check how learners reach the content; that's an LMS question, and iSpring LMS is a separate product with its own pricing site.
- We found no volume prices beyond the offer on the pages we checked. At 10 authors, ask sales, since the FAQ says volume discounts apply from three seats.
Spread across 12 months, one Business Suite author works out to about $80.83 a month, Suite AI to $107.50 and Cloud AI to $60. That's only a way to compare with monthly-billed tools. You still pay annually.
Is There a Free Trial?
Yes. The trial page offers the full version for 14 days, and it says "No credit card required."
Two restrictions come from the sales FAQ, and both matter if you're planning a pilot:
- Content made during the trial is watermarked.
- Trial use is for demonstration, internal testing and evaluation. It isn't a free way to publish finished courses.
The pages we checked didn't give a number for how much AI generation the trial includes.
Education, Nonprofit and Freelance Pricing
The pricing page has an "Exclusive Pricing on iSpring Suite for Educators" block and a "Custom Pricing for Nonprofit Organizations" block. Both are request-a-quote; neither shows a dollar amount or a percentage. The page also invites high-volume, academic, freelance and custom requests through sales.
On refunds, the FAQ treats desktop refunds case by case and excludes special-offer subscriptions. We found no blanket money-back guarantee.
How It Compares With Other Authoring Tools
All three are list prices we captured ourselves, on different dates:
| Tool | Entry price shown | Billing | Checked |
|---|---|---|---|
| iSpring Suite | $970 per author/year (Business), $720 (Individual) | Annual | 6 Oct 2026 |
| Articulate 360 AI Personal | $1,449 per seat/year | Annual | 5 Oct 2026 |
| Articulate 360 AI Teams | $1,749 per seat/year | Annual | 5 Oct 2026 |
| Adobe Captivate (individual) | US$39.99/month, $479.88 over 12 months | Annual commitment, paid monthly | 5 Oct 2026 |
Sources: our verified Articulate 360 pricing and Adobe Captivate pricing pages. Articulate's English page shows dollar signs without a "USD" label, and its FAQ points to resellers that support local currencies. The comparison above assumes USD list prices, and taxes aren't included for any of the three. The products also bundle different things (AI allowances, review tools, storage), so treat this as orientation, not like-for-like. For how the authoring approaches differ, see Camtasia vs Captivate vs Articulate.
Is iSpring Suite Worth It?
It fits well if your training already lives in PowerPoint, you publish SCORM or xAPI to an LMS, and you want quizzes, role-plays and branching in the same tool. At $970 per author it's cheaper per seat than the Articulate 360 AI plans we checked.
Choose Suite AI over Suite if you'll actually use AI course generation, translation and text-to-speech, or you need Cloud AI's collaboration. Otherwise the extra $320 per author buys features you won't open.
It's more than you need if the job is mostly short software how-to videos. Those don't need quizzes or an LMS package, and an annual per-author licence is a lot to pay for occasional screen tutorials.
Quick Answers

On 6 October 2026, iSpring's pricing page showed iSpring Suite at $970 per author per year (Business) or $720 per year for an individual. Suite AI was $1,290 and $970, and Cloud AI $720 and $540. All are annual subscriptions.
Does iSpring Suite have a monthly plan?
Not on the pages we checked. iSpring's sales FAQ says its subscriptions require annual payments.
Is there a free version of iSpring Suite?
There's a 14-day full-version trial with no credit card. Trial content is watermarked and meant for evaluation.
Are iSpring Suite Max and iSpring Space still sold?
Neither name appears on iSpring's pricing table as we saw it on 6 October 2026. The table lists iSpring Suite, iSpring Suite AI and iSpring Cloud AI. We didn't establish how the older products map to the current ones, so check with iSpring if you're renewing under an older name.
Where Vorec Fits
iSpring is built for courses: slides, quizzes, branching and an LMS package. A lot of training content isn't a course, though. It's "here's how to do this in the software", recorded once and needed in a hurry.
Vorec records your screen. It has its own macOS recorder, and an AI agent can drive it for you through the Claude Code plugin, capturing locally for you to review before anything is uploaded. It then drafts narration matched to the workflow it captured and generates the voiceover, so nothing is spoken into a microphone. In the editor you can add smooth cursor motion, cursor-follow zoom and click-based auto-zoom, and freeze-sync can hold a frame to give an explanation time to finish. You can also generate a written step-by-step guide from the same capture, with annotatable screenshots. Narration regenerates in supported languages on eligible plans, without re-recording. You can upload an existing recording instead if you already have one.
Vorec doesn't build quizzes, branching scenarios or SCORM packages. If you need those, that's what iSpring's authoring tools are for. Vorec plans start at $9 a month (Starter) or $86 a year, after a 7-day trial with 100 credits and no credit card. Trial includes up to 3 projects; exports carry a watermark. Full details are on our Vorec pricing page.
Bottom Line
Price iSpring per author, per year. Suite at $970 covers PowerPoint-based authoring with quizzes and LMS output. Suite AI at $1,290 adds AI generation, translation, text-to-speech and Cloud AI. If you're buying three or more Suite AI seats before October 23, the $890 offer is worth asking about. Run the 14-day trial before you buy, and remember that what you make during it is watermarked.
