Trupeer vs Guidde (2026): Credits or Per-Creator Pricing?
Vorec Team · 2026-10-21 · About 3 min read
Trupeer and Guidde both turn a recording into an AI-narrated video and a written document; the biggest difference is how you pay. Trupeer meters shared AI credits (video costs 100 credits a minute), while Guidde charges per creator and lets viewers in free. Facts come from each vendor's pages captured 15 October 2026; we did not test either tool, and "not checked" means we could not confirm it. Vorec, which publishes this page, is covered at the end.

How the pricing models play out
Trupeer's Pro gives 2,000 credits a month: about 20 minutes of generated video if you make nothing else, and an AI document costs 50 credits. Guidde's Pro card lists unlimited how-to videos and charges per creator instead. So a single creator making many short videos may find Guidde Pro ($29) cheaper than Trupeer Pro ($49), while a team where one person creates and many view pays for one Guidde seat either way. Trupeer Scale's three seats for $199 a month (annual) compare with three Guidde Business creators at $117.

- You need desktop or mobile capture and PDF or PPT import (Business)
Where Vorec fits
Vorec records with its own macOS recorder or takes an uploaded recording, drafts narration matched to the captured workflow, voices it, and can generate a written guide from the same capture. An AI coding agent can drive the recorder through the CLI, keeping the take local until you approve it. Plans: 7-day trial with 100 credits and no card; Starter $9, Pro $24, Business $59 a month (plan catalog, 5 October 2026). See Vorec pricing.
